Description:
3+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, ideally within a B2B software or technology company. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow). Experience with technical SEO (site structure, crawl budget, structured data, etc.). Familiarity with content marketing and user intent-based optimisation. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the software development and tech services industry. Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations to identify opportunities for content and optimisation. Optimize website architecture, metadata, and internal linking for improved crawlability and indexing. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and case studies targeting key personas and industries. Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix crawl errors, improve page speed, and enhance mobile responsiveness. Monitor, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the software and tech industry. Manage off-page SEO, including backlink building strategies, outreach, and partnerships. Support the creation of SEO-driven landing pages for service offerings, technologies, and geographic targeting.
