Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to spearhead partnerships with global and domestic OEMs in the IT, hardware, peripherals, and technology ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role, critical to positioning our company as a trusted partner for OEMs seeking to expand their footprint in India. The incumbent will leverage our nationwide service and distribution network to forge alliances, build long-term strategic relationships, and drive mutually beneficial business growth. This role requires a blend of business acumen, relationship management, and strategic foresight to enhance the company's stature, unlock new revenue streams, and establish us as a preferred partner in the Indian market.
Description:
1. Alliance Strategy & Growth:
- Define and execute the strategic alliance roadmap in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with OEMs and technology companies seeking market entry, distribution, or service partnerships in India.
- Develop go-to-market frameworks with alliance partners to drive product sales, service adoption, and brand positioning.
2. Business Development & Revenue Expansion:
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, distribution rights, and service tie-ups with global and domestic OEMs.
- Build new revenue streams by expanding the portfolio of partner products sold and serviced in India.
- Work closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to operationalize partnerships and maximize returns.
3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the executive liaison with alliance partners, ensuring alignment on strategy, delivery, and performance.
- Represent the organization in high-level industry forums, OEM meetings, and government/industry associations.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with CXOs and decision-makers at partner organizations.
4. Service Network Leverage & Differentiation:
- Position our pan-India service engineer network as a key differentiator to attract new OEM alliances.
- Integrate partner requirements into the service delivery framework, ensuring seamless adoption and support.
- Continuously enhance the partner value proposition by demonstrating scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
5. Strategy, Policy & Governance:
- Establish policies, processes, and performance metrics for alliance management.
- Drive regular business reviews with partners to assess outcomes, identify gaps, and refine strategies.
- Ensure legal, regulatory, and compliance adherence in all alliance agreements and partnerships.

- Proven ability to build and scale strategic partnerships with global/domestic OEMs.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with deep understanding of partnership contracts.
- Excellent CXO-level stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and industry networking.
