Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of carpets and floor coverings. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in domestic and/or export markets.
- Identify and develop new customers (dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, retailers).
- Promote company products, including handmade, machine-made, and custom carpets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in carpet, textile, or home furnishing industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of B2B and dealer network sales.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
