Description:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics / BI Specialist to design, develop, and manage data pipelines, warehouses, and analytical models. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, generating actionable insights, and supporting decision-making across functions such as sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SSIS, Azure Data Factory, SSAS, Power BI, and cloud-based data platforms, with exposure to team leadership and project management. Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dataflow, and data warehouse development. Experience with analytical modelling using SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, or Microsoft Fabric. Proficiency in Power BI and database design, ETL processes, and cloud services (SQL Azure, Dataverse, SQL Data Warehouse). Proven experience in data analytics projects, including project leadership or team mentorship. Strong understanding of data modelling, analytics architecture, and business contexts (sales, marketing, operations). Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English; ability to mentor and train team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate business needs into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
2. Extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data securely and accurately.
3. Build, optimise, and manage databases, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.
4. Develop analytical models, dashboards, and reports using SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
5. Design and manage reporting environments, including data sources, security, and metadata management.
6. Lead and mentor team members, ensuring quality deliverables, project monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
7. Support pre-sales activities, process improvements, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
