Responsibilities:
Experience in the Paints, Coatings, Speciality Chemicals, Bentonite, or Organo Clay industry. Minimum 8–10 years in a leadership role managing R&D or Technical functions. Hands-on experience in organo clay manufacturing, paint formulation, rheology modification, and product development. Experience working with domestic and international customers is preferred. We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Consultant / Head – Research & Development to lead innovation, product development, formulation optimisation, and technical strategy for our Paints & Organo Clay business. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in paint formulation, rheology modifiers, organo clay technology, speciality additives, and coatings applications. Responsible for developing new products, improving existing formulations, providing technical support to customers, leading laboratory operations, and driving innovation to strengthen the company's competitive position in domestic and international markets. Provide technical support to domestic and international customers. Resolve formulation, processing, and application-related technical issues. Conduct customer trials and product demonstrations. Deliver technical training for internal teams, distributors, and customers. Assist the Sales team in identifying technical opportunities and supporting business development.
