Description:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection. Perform incoming inspection of electronic components, including visual, dimensional, and electrical testing. Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and verify supplier documentation such as test reports, certificates, and datasheets. Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, manage rejected material in quarantine, and coordinate Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). Maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, and update control plans for electronic components. Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures. Hands-on involvement in soldering processes and inspection of soldered assemblies. Strong knowledge of electronic components and testing methods. Experience with quality tools and documentation. Good understanding of soldering techniques and workmanship standards. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
