Description:
5–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-outs, with at least 3 years specifically in Hospitality (Hotels/Resorts) projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Excel is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration in interiors. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines. * Mobility: Must be willing to travel and stay at project sites across India for the duration of the project.Project Manager to lead our pan-India interior projects. You will be the primary point of contact from the moment a site is handed over until the final "key" is turned over to the client. You will manage on-site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure every hotel room, lobby, and banquet hall meets our gold standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee full-scale interior fit-out operations at various hotel/resort sites across India. Team Leadership: Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labour contractors, ensuring high productivity and discipline. Vendor Coordination: Manage specialised vendors (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Soft Furnishings) to ensure integrated execution. Timeline & Budget: Prepare and track Project Schedules (Gantt Charts) and ensure the project remains within the approved budget and deadlines. Quality Control: Maintain a "zero-compromise" policy on finishing and quality, conducting regular audits of workmanship. Reporting: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Delhi head office, including material consumption and milestone updates. Client Liaison: Coordinate with client representatives, architects, and consultants to resolve technical queries (RFIs) on-site.
