Description:
Deep understanding of wireless standards (3GPP, 5G, LTE, IEEE 802.11) and network infrastructure will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in wireless communication infrastructure firms, telecom engineering companies, or network deployment agencies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project). Customer-focused mindset and business acumen. Experience in dealing with companies based out of India(USA, Europe, Asia). Leads and manages complex, large-scale projects from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Develop project goals, objectives, and roadmaps, translating organisational strategy into actionable project plans. Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management for multiple projects. Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts. Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating progress, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Apply and adapt various PM methodologies to fit project needs. Track project performance, monitor and evaluate overall project success against defined metrics. Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and regulatory compliance. Identify technical bottlenecks and security risks early, developing mitigation plans to prevent project delays. Manage project budgets, track capital expenditures (CAPEX), and allocate resources to meet program demands. Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on technical specifications and delivery timelines.
