Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head – Banking Solutions Sales to lead end-to-end sales for banking hardware
and software solutions. This role will focus on driving business across banking automation, digital solutions, and core
banking support systems, offering integrated solutions to banks and financial institutions. The role requires strong expertise in solution selling, enterprise sales, and banking domain knowledge, with the ability to manage large accounts and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Lead sales for end-to-end banking solutions, including Banking Hardware (ATMs, CRMs, Passbook Printers, Kiosks, Biometric Devices).Banking Software & Applications. Digital Banking & Branch Automation Solutions. Payment, Transaction & Workflow Automation Solutions. Drive new business acquisition across PSU Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs & Cooperative Banks. Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure. Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement:
Engage with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Operations Heads, and Procurement Teams. Understand client business challenges and propose integrated hardware + software solutions. Conduct solution presentations, demos, and business case discussions. Position the organisation as a long-term solution partner, not just a vendor. Solution Selling & Client Engagement. Account Management & Relationship Building:
Manage strategic and key banking accounts. Build long-term relationships for repeat business and cross-selling. Drive account expansion and customer retention.
Product, Market & Strategy Alignment:
Work closely with product, presales, and delivery teams. Provide market insights for solution enhancement and roadmap planning. Track industry trends in: Banking automation, Digital transformation, Cash & branch management, Regulatory & compliance requirements
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor sales, presales, and account management teams. Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Drive a consultative, solution-oriented sales culture.
Business Planning & Reporting:
Prepare sales forecasts, revenue plans, and pipeline reports. Track deal progress, profitability, and market penetration. Present business updates to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in Banking Solution Sales (Hardware + Software).Expertise in enterprise & consultative selling.Solid understanding of: Banking operations & workflows.
