Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our business across the South regions of India. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue, strengthening key client relationships, and leading regional sales strategy and execution for security products. The incumbent will drive corporate sales for the organisation’s portfolio and will focus on building long-term partnerships across key industry segments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the south regions in alignment with overall business objectives
- Identify high-potential markets, accounts, and sectors to drive sustained growth
- Lead regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy and solution positioning
2. Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own the P&L for enterprise sales in the South region
- Deliver on revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure effective deal closure
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
3. Enterprise Account Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
- Position the organisation as a strategic partner to enterprise clients
4. Sales Operations & Governance
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing frameworks, and contractual compliance
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimise conversion rates and sales cycles
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional enterprise sales team
- Define performance metrics, conduct periodic reviews, and drive accountability
- Build strong consultative selling and solutioning capabilities within the team
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong track record in B2B/Enterprise Sales and large account management
- Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
- Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and execution-focused mindset
- Demonstrated leadership capability in building and managing high-performance teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred
- 20+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles
- Proven success in driving direct B2B enterprise sales
