Description:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and availability. Ensure proper placement and promotion of products at retail outlets. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Collect market feedback and customer requirements. Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and clients. Prepare daily sales reports, market reports, and sales forecasts. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of FMCG and food product sales. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.Good understanding of market trends and distribution channels.
