Description:
Conduct RF feasibility surveys. Demonstrate wireless radios to customers. Install & commission wireless communication systems (radios, antennas, feeder cables, LPUs, etc.) Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Travel pan-India for site surveys, demos, and installations (company bears expenses). Climb towers/masts if required for installation or troubleshooting. Provide technical support for wireless telecom products and solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues. Configure and maintain routers, switches, radios, antennas, and telecom equipment. Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical resolutions. Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Monitor network performance and ensure system uptime. Coordinate with field engineers and internal technical teams. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting records. Assist clients through remote support, calls, emails, and on-site visits when required. Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest telecom technologies and industry trends.
