Description:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in refractories, foundry materials, or steel industry consumables. Responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the assigned region for Silica Ramming Mass and related refractory products.deep understanding of the steel, foundry, and induction furnace industries, along with technical knowledge of refractory materials and their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals. Identify and establish contact with new customers, including steel plants & foundries. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct technical discussions and product presentations to educate customers on the advantages of Silica Ramming Mass and related products. Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer service excellence. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support management in decision-making. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company credit policies.
Key Skills and Competencies:
