Description:
Responsible for driving sales of ceramic products, AIS doors & windows, and other building materials by developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and end customers.
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, AIS doors & windows, and allied building materials. Identify and develop new clients, including builders, architects, contractors, developers, and dealers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate leads through site visits, cold calls, and references. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Channel & Dealer Management:
Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners. Monitor dealer stock, schemes, and secondary sales.
Project & Site Coordination:
Follow up on construction and real estate projects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for specifications and approvals. Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and installation coordination
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and market demand
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and order status updates. Maintain customer database and sales pipeline. Ensure proper documentation, quotations, and follow-ups
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ceramic tiles, doors & windows systems (AIS / uPVC / Aluminium). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
