Description:
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who understands the pulse of the hospitality industry. Your goal will be to identify new opportunities, build relationships with hotel owners, developers, and architects, and secure large-scale turnkey projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and target upcoming hotel projects, renovations, and resort developments across the region. Build and maintain a strong pipeline by connecting with Hotel Owners, Property Developers, Architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs). Pitch our "Turnkey/Lock & Key" solutions, highlighting our ability to manage the entire lifecycle of an interior project. Stay updated on hospitality trends, new brand launches, and competitor movements. Work closely with our design and technical teams to prepare winning proposals and presentations. Drive the negotiation process and close high-value contracts to meet annual sales targets. Proven track record in Business Development, preferably within Interior Fit-outs, Architecture, or Hospitality Real Estate. A solid understanding of the hospitality ecosystem (hotel chains, procurement cycles, and design standards). Exceptional English communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable pitching to "C-suite" executives and owners. Drive: A "hunter" mindset—you are motivated by targets and the thrill of closing a major deal.
