     Job Description

• International voice process – Inbound.
• Take US calls and provide Technical Assistance after Selling Software Services.
• Troubleshoot issues and convert prospects into sales by offering annual or per incident plans.
• Basic troubleshooting of common computer issues.
• Should have basic knowledge of desktop, laptop technical troubleshooting.
• Remote support through Team Viewer.
• Knowledge about Windows troubleshooting
• Answer calls regarding printer, MS Office, & Antivirus issues
• Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers

     Candidate Profile

• Must be 12th Pass/ Any graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in the same profile
• Must be fluent in English and should have excellent communication skills
• Can work under pressure and meet regular sales targets
• Working knowledge of computer
• Shift work
