Description:
Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site operations, ensuring that interior fit-out works are executed according to design specifications, within the set timeline, and according to the safety standards required in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management & Execution: Supervise all on-site activities, including civil work, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), carpentry, flooring, and finishing. Read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D renders to ensure accurate implementation. Ensure that the "Hospitality Standard" of finishing is met (perfect alignments, premium polish, seamless joints). Vendor & Labour Coordination: Manage subcontractors, specialised artisans, and labour teams daily. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure materials are delivered to the site on time. Resolve any on-site technical issues or conflicts between different working teams. Quality & Safety Control: Conduct regular quality checks to minimise rework and wastage. Maintain a clean and organised site (essential for hospitality projects). Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and labour laws. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and communicate updates to the Project Manager. Keep track of material inventory and consumption. Verify measurement sheets for contractor billing.
