Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in air compressors, fabrication, or industrial equipment sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across target industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
- Identify and generate new leads in manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including inquiry generation, techno-commercial discussions, and order closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, and industrial clients
- Conduct site visits and technical presentations for air compressors and fabrication solutions
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customised solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable)
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the sales of air compressors, fabrication, or industrial machinery
- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and technical products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
