Description:
candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product visibility in the assigned territory. 2+ years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (preferred). Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution and retail landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and retail partners. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, product availability, and pricing trends. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with clients and distributors. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute product launches and promotional campaigns. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment at retail outlets. Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve products/services.
