Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in the industrial machinery segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and supervising fabrication and structural work related to air compressors, tanks, and vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards
- Interpret and work with mechanical drawings for fabrication and assembly
- Oversee fabrication, structural work, and manufacturing of tanks, vessels, and air compressor components
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Handle workforce allocation, training, and performance monitoring
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial machinery production
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, structural work, and mechanical drawings
- Experience in handling air compressors, tanks, or pressure vessels is preferred
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
