Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage and strengthen our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with HR standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance administrative efficiency with people-centric leadership. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or industrial setup). Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and performance appraisal systems. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices. Maintain and update job structures, requirements, and descriptions across all positions. Lead the recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, testing, and onboarding new hires. Design and conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to strengthen workforce capability. Manage employee relations and grievance resolution to maintain a healthy and positive work environment. Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs; research and recommend improvements aligned with current trends. Ensure legal and statutory compliance with all HR regulations; maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with management guidelines.
