Description:
Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment in consultation with site management. Ensure timely completion of IME (Initial Medical Examination), PME (Periodical Medical Examination), and VTC (Vocational Training) for all employees as per DGMS requirements. Ensure timely joining formalities, and induction of new employees and contract workers. Supervise daily attendance, leave management, and shift records. Coordinate with the payroll team for error-free processing of salaries and statutory deductions. Maintain all statutory registers and records under the Mines Act and CLRA Act, including employment cards, Form A, muster rolls, wage registers, etc. Maintain Daily D Register and ensure accuracy in attendance data for both staff and contract workers. Monitor contractor HR records, wage registers, muster rolls, and ensure timely submission of returns. Address employee grievances promptly and fairly. Implement welfare measures such as medical support, housing, transport, and canteen services in coordination with administration. Prepare HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower deployment reports. Coordinate closely with the Principal Employer and fulfill all HR-related requirements and compliances as per contractual and operational expectations. Ensure timely biometric enrollment of all new joinees (staff and contract workers) for accurate attendance tracking and system integration. Support implementation of CSR activities at site in coordination with Admin and local authorities. Maintain a grievance redressal register and escalate unresolved issues to site HR Head for closure. Maintain all statutory registers and records as required under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, including muster rolls, wage registers, employment cards, and related forms. Liasoning with Local Government statutory bodies with relation to HR Activities.
