Description:

Collect and maintain comprehensive data on activities in peripheral villages and populations around the leasehold boundary. Promptly address any disputes or disturbances affecting project operations to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.

Monitor and control excess man-shift utilization; take corrective actions to optimize workforce deployment.

Ensure timely compliance with procedures related to accident cases, including documentation and assessment of financial implications.

Guarantee 100% employment utilization of Project Affected Persons (PAP) as per the prescribed plan.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of production losses due to local/political strikes or suspended hours.

Conduct fortnightly reviews of hindrance records against production hours. Identify and implement necessary adjustments to bridge gaps. Ensure 100% certification of hindrance hours by the 5th of the succeeding month based on recorded data.

Ensure 100% certification of drilling meterage by the Principal by the 2nd of the succeeding month, as per the meterage recorded in official registers.

Secure Monthly Quantity and Lead Certifications by the 7th of each succeeding month, duly signed and verified.

Submit RA (Running Account) Bills for each month by the 10th of the succeeding month, ensuring deductions (such as dewatering, electricity bills, etc.) are accurately accounted for.

Work proactively to minimize CAPEX by optimizing equipment deployment and reducing standby machinery.

Coordinate with the R&R Department to ensure the timely acquisition of mineable land in accordance with the project schedule.

Collaborate with relevant departments to verify and ensure that the specific gravity of the coal seam meets company standards.

Develop and mentor second-line leadership for business continuity and succession planning.
