Job Summary:

We are a mid-sized growing company looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years of post qualification experience. Candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts closing, financial reporting and coordinating with auditors. Will also be required to coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Closing and Financial Reporting: Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Review entries, accruals and provision, timely reconciliation of ledger accounts. Monitor financial performance. Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Financial Analysis and MIS: Preparation of monthly MIS and management reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Internal Controls and Process Improvement: Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls. Identify areas for efficiency and improvement. Adherence to accounting policies and SOP’s.

Banking and Treasury Co-ordination: Handle day-to-day co-ordination with bankers for operational matters. Manage banking documentation, submissions, etc. Ensure timely submission of financial information, stock statements etc. Track covenants and compliance for banks.
