Description:
experience in project documentation preferably in project company. Preparation of Data Sheet. Preparation of Functional design specification. Preparation of Technical write up. Preparation of FAT & SAT procedure. Calculate of battery sizing, Heat & power load. Prepare Bill of Material. Prepare Project Document/Manufacturing Record book. Establish document control systems to track, store, and retrieve project documentation efficiently. Maintain version control and ensure document integrity and confidentiality. Organize and categorize documents according to project phases, types, and stakeholders. Document Management: Establish and maintain a centralized repository for project documentation, including project plans, schedules, technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory compliance documents. Documentation Creation: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create and update project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes capturing project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and progress reports. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of project documentation by performing regular quality checks and reviews. Verify that documentation complies with internal standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Version Control: Implement version control procedures to track revisions, updates, and approvals for project documentation. Maintain an audit trail of changes and ensure that all stakeholders have access to the latest versions of documents. Document Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, in a timely manner. Coordinate document sharing through digital platforms, email communication, and document management systems. Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry certifications, and contractual obligations related to project documentation. Stay informed about relevant regulations and update documentation accordingly. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project documentation, such as missing or inaccurate information, and proactively address them to mitigate project delays or discrepancies.
