Description:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction projects, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and building codes. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices. Flexibility to travel to project sites and work extended hours as needed. Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. Conduct regular site inspections and quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, and other relevant records. Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and project teams to provide updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks and hazards on the construction site. Prepare project reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required.
