Key Responsibilities:

1-explaining customers about the product , their offers / benefits
2- promoting the products
3- Timely customer follow-up & maintaining database over Excel
4- Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)
5- Make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption.
6- Actively attentive towards the calls and queries.
7-Effective in resolving the concerned queries.
8- Responsible for providing day-end report.

Requirements:

1. Should be internet savvy.

2. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power. Fluent in English, Hindi.

3. Should be able to work with a Team.

4. Basic knowledge of MS office

5. An ability to work on deadlines.

6. An ability to work fast (but without mistakes).

7. Good attention to detail.
