Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative powerhouse who is equally comfortable designing a luxury hotel suite as they are detailing a leather-wrapped console table. You won’t just be drawing layouts; you will be a key driver in growing our business by delivering world-class designs that uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Turnkey Hospitality Projects: Create comprehensive interior concepts, mood boards, and 2D/3D layouts for hospitality clients.
* Product Development: Lead the design process for our lifestyle brand, focusing on furniture, decorative wall panels, and leather accessories.
* Technical Documentation: Produce detailed "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings, including joinery details and material specifications.
* Vendor & Site Management: Coordinate with our production team and site supervisors to ensure that the turnkey execution matches the design intent.
* Business Growth: Collaborate with the leadership team to pitch designs to HNI clients and hospitality groups, helping expand our project portfolio.
* Experience: 3–6 years of experience in interior design (Hospitality experience is a major plus).
* Software Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of wood, metals, and specifically leather application in interiors.
* Mindset: A "turnkey" specialist who understands that a design is only as good as its final execution on-site.
* Communication: Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions to stakeholders.
