Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand the customer base for Quicklime (Calcium Oxide) and Dololime products. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales and strong relationships with customers in industries such as steel, mining, sugar, paper, chemicals, water treatment, construction, and other process industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for Quicklime / Dololime.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and expand business across the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand market requirements.
- Coordinate with customers on orders, pricing and deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities for Quicklime and Dololime products.
- Identify and acquire new customers across target industries.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
