Description:

Experience in plant operations, handling of similar sheet metal processes.In-depth Knowledge of Sheet Metal Processes. Proficient in advanced Excel & computer skills. Knowledge of Quality Systems ISO 9001/14001/45000, etc. Knowledge of Engineering systems. Knowledge of BOM definition & Consumables. Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Purchase departments. Maintaining the proper Housekeeping at the plant. Training to new operators for processes. Production Planning and Monitoring as per production requirements. Coordination with various departments for the execution of production and projects. BOM Definition & Engineering Corrections.Production at Fabrication Shop at Mech Factory, Material and Work Allocation to workers, Welders, and contractors as per requirements. Inspection of fabricated parts as per drawings. Maintenance of Welding m/c, Drilling M/c other m/cs for Fabrication Shop through Maintenance Dept. Co-ordination with Stores for Materials. Knowledge of Welding and Drilling Process.
