Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-tier talent specifically within the interior fit-out and hospitality construction industry.
Organisational Growth: Work directly with management to identify staffing gaps and scale the workforce to meet new project demands.
Performance Management: Implement KPIs and incentive structures that motivate site teams and office staff to meet tight hotel launch deadlines.
Culture Building: Foster a high-performance culture that values precision, integrity, and the "turnkey" ownership mindset.
Compliance & Admin: Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance with Delhi labour laws.
Vendor/Contractor Management: Assist in streamlining the onboarding process for specialised subcontractors and site labour.
