Description:
Experience in customer support or sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and logistics terminology is a plus.
Customer Support:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.

Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments, freight charges, tracking, documentation, and service timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Documentation) to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital methods.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and lead information.

Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.

Support the business development team with market research, lead qualification, and client follow-ups.

Share promotional materials and service offerings with potential leads.
