Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Specialist who can help our organisation adopt and integrate Artificial Intelligence tools into our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern AI platforms and be capable of training teams, identifying use cases, and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas within the organisation where AI tools can improve efficiency and productivity
* Implement and integrate AI tools for daily operational activities such as reporting, communication, data analysis, and documentation
* Train employees and teams on how to effectively use AI tools in their work
* Develop AI-driven workflows for departments such as sales, dispatch, logistics, operations, and administration
* Guide management in adopting the latest AI technologies relevant to the business
* Monitor AI tool performance and suggest improvements or new tools
* Ensure responsible and secure use of AI tools within the organisation
Required Skills & Expertise:
* Hands-on experience with multiple AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, etc.
* Understanding of AI automation, prompt engineering, and workflow optimisation
* Ability to train non-technical teams to use AI effectively
* Knowledge of integrating AI with existing tools like Excel, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and internal reporting tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and training abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in AI implementation within business operations or manufacturing environments
* Knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and AI integration platforms
