Description:
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the jewelry industry. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment. Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and trends is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional customer service. Actively prospect and acquire new clients by presenting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
