Description:
PCB Assembly-Planning and Monitoring as per production requirement. Coordination with various departments for the execution of production and projects. BOM Definition & Engineering Corrections. Monitor and improve efficiency, output, and quality of manufacturing processes. Prepare workflow procedures and daily MIS. Maintenance of Plant and Machinery.Ability to program, operate, maintain, and provide technical support on SMT automatic assembly equipment, e.g., Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, AOI, XRay, Reflow Oven, wave soldering, etc. Working Knowledge of Soldering technologies related to SMT and PTH components using manual and automatic machines.Ability to troubleshoot quality issues during SMT operations. Complete working knowledge of various quality standards related to industry and PCB assembly. (Example – ISO standards, IPC Standards, ESD-related standards, etc. Computer proficiency: Knowledge of the ERP system. Proficient in advanced Excel & computer working. Complete working knowledge of IPC and JSTD Standards related to PCB Assembly. Knowledge of Quality Systems ISO 9001/14001/4500,0 etc. Knowledge of Engineering systems. BOM definition & Consumables. Monitor employee work performance and maintain daily material/workflow throughout the facility. Ensure all stations are producing products that meet the company's quality standards. Evaluate and modify the manufacturing and material workflow for increased throughput and productivity. Lead, train, develop, motivate, and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, and provide performance feedback. Develop and maintain work schedules that support 100% on-time delivery to main lines
