Description:
3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the stone, tiles, ceramics, construction materials, or related industries. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and export documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential markets and clients globally. Develop new business opportunities and partnerships across key international regions (Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia, etc.). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, architects, contractors, distributors, and interior designers. Act as the main point of contact for international clients. Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients and partners. Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of the company’s product range (marble, granite, quartz, limestone, decorative wall panels, etc.). Educate clients on the features, applications, and benefits of the materials. Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits. Travel frequently (depending on region and market strategy) to meet clients and explore opportunities. Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends. Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing.
