Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
  • Maintain and update accounting records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, organise, and manage financial and general office documentation.
  • Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Handle accounting transactions and record-keeping using Tally (preferred).
  • Assist with invoice processing, vouchers, reconciliations, and other accounting support functions.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial and statutory documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of accounting and administrative tasks.
