Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function for a fast-growing Telecom/Wireless organisation. This role demands a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, especially in managing technical workforce, field teams, and large-scale hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (RF Engineers, Network Engineers, Sales, Operations, etc.)
- Manage performance management systems and employee appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits structure
- Drive training & development programs for workforce upskilling
- Manage HRMIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with leadership to support organisational growth and workforce planning
