Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled PEB Shed Designer to design and detail pre-engineered building (PEB) structures for industrial sheds, warehouses, and factory buildings. The candidate will be responsible for structural design, detailing, and coordination with project and fabrication teams to ensure accurate and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PEB structures including industrial sheds, warehouses, and factory buildings
- Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for steel structures
- Use design software like STAAD Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and ETABS
- Optimize designs for cost efficiency and structural safety
- Coordinate with project managers, fabrication, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS codes, etc.)
- Review and revise designs based on client requirements and site conditions
- Assist in material estimation and BOQ preparation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in PEB / steel structure design
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and load calculations
- Knowledge of industrial shed design and fabrication processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
