Description:
Experience in CNC Cutting machine operations & programming, knowledge of sheet metal processes.Knowledge of CNC Programming on Punching & Laser Machine. Knowledge of Tooling’s required for Punching Machine. Knowledge of Sheet Metal Processes. Good knowledge of MS office & Computer working.Training to new operators for Machine Operating and Tool fitting in Cartridges and Machine Safety operations.Programming for CNC Cutting Machines as per requirement. Shift Scheduling/Work Allocation to workers, as per requirements. Inspection of Parts as per Drawing. Maintenance of Machines with support of Maintenance Dept. and also with Service Engineer. Co-ordination with Stores for Materials. Tools Maintenance. Timely preventive maintenance & record keeping as per ISO.CNC Cutting Machines Programming (Trumpf Laser, Trumpf Punching, Amada Laser), Supervision and Production at CNC Cutting Machines at Mech Factory.
