Job Description:
. Responsible of Overall operation of Store/ Kiosk
. Team Timing, Scheduling, weekly off and Approval of leaves
. Monitor team timings and breaks
. Achieve Weekly and Monthly target of Store
. Setting up individual team member target
. Monitoring of Team sales performance
. Tracking of Stock (Inward, Outward, Shortage)
. Monitor the Stock level and Plan out advance ordering for Stock
. To understand the Time to Time Promotional Scheme
. Maintain the cash register and tally the cash in hand frequently
. Maintain Kiosk/Store Cleanliness, Proper and Folded Display of merchandise
. Make sure team available in uniform
. Uniform must clean and proper
. Plan preventive maintenance of furniture, lighting, glass and other stuffs
. Fix the furniture and other stuff with coordinating maintenance team
. Co-ordinate with mall management for required permission
. Do internal audit once in every two months to verify stock status
. Train the team for better performance
. Co-ordinate with HO Team where ever necessary
. Must available at Store whenever external audit
. Keep updated for upcoming product line and product knowledge
. Keep eyes on competitor product line and competitor promotional activities
. Keep eyes on return sales and misuse of promotional scheme
. Cash collection and Utilities bill and payment coordinate with HO
