Description:
Bookkeeping knowledge. Knowledge of basic accounting entries. Petty Cash Management. Inventory & Physical Stock recordkeeping of Raw Material, Finished Goods & Tools. Invoice & Delivery Note Preparation. Prepare Daily Production Reports. Dispatch Planning, Loading & Coordination for dispatch. Maintain proper records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular physical stock verification, and reconcile with records. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. Coordinate with the production team for the timely issuance of raw materials. Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for the timely delivery of goods. Prepare dispatch documents such as e-way bills, delivery challans, and invoices. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers/distributors. Manage the inward and outward movement of goods efficiently.
